Another Setback

Violet had her swab result come back from Tuesday and it wasn't great news. She has another Staph infection.

A heavy growth of two strains of Staphylococcus Aureus isolated. She is back on AB's. Just hope this clears before her surgery next Friday, I highly doubt it will though.

Very frustrating when the dressings we have been using state "Nanocrystalline silver protects the wound site from bacterial contamination.

Oh Sarah - I wish there was something I could say. This is beyond frustrating - I don't know how you have gotten through the last couple of months. You must all be at your wits end. Praying for a speedy recovery for Friday's surgery.

Hugs to you and Violet! I will be praying for those ABs to kick in and clear the infection so she can have her surgery very soon!

Hugs Sarah, hope the surgery helps and that Violet is not in to much pain, makes me angry how Dr's and some staff treat some people Miss Violet has been through so much and is just a child ♥ lets hope the surgery does the job and she is on the mend SOON ♥
