Speech Appointment

We received Violet's CELF Preschool Assessment report on Friday. The results did show Violet has a moderate receptive and expressive language delay.

So have forwarded this report onto the Dept of Education along with her Vision Acuity Report and letter from her Neurologist that he so kindly offered to write on behalf of Violet, stating her complex array of medical conditions and the need for her to be supported in school because of these. I think that is now it...all the reports needed for applying for Violet's school funding are all in and now we wait...

Since starting Violet's stuttering Lidcombe Program, she sadly is yet to improve with her stuttering :( Here's hoping with perseverance she improves soon...

Glad to hear all the 'work' is done...now for the hard part - the waiting. I really hope Violet gets the funding she needs for school.
