Daytripping

Yesterday we decided to take the girls for a trip down the coast to Wollongong. Spent first half of the day at the beach, then we drove the scenic road between Wollongong and Sydney and spent the rest of the day fishing in the National Park. We caught a few bream but were too small to keep so had to let them go, but was still good fun for the girls.

Violet's favourite thing to do at the beach was put sand on a rock and then help wash it off when the waves came in, was very funny!

Wow, how pretty it looks where you where! Glad that you all had a good time. I'd love to go to a beach, though I cannot complain about the weather here! It doesn't feel like winter, at all.

How beautiful! The closest beach to us is 400 miles away and it's not as beautiful... It looks like you all had so much fun, what a great way to spend the weekend!

Violet is looking older by the day. And I'm very jealous of Emily's fish - it's been a long time since I caught a fish of any description!

Glad you all had a great day. :)
