Going Places

The last couple of weeks, Violet has been working out how to get around. She is now bottom shuffling across the floor. She can also now turn 360 degrees, by leaning on her left hand and swivelling herself around.

She is still not using her right arm to assist her with this, but it is a huge step that she has worked out how to adapt and get around somehow.

Violet's 1st Scleral Shell Eye

The day has at last arrived! Violet has got her 1st real handpainted shell today and i think it looks great! As her big sister, Emily summed it up "she looks like a new baby!" Looks a bit freaky though, when her good eye moves the shell on her other eye stays still.
